Got a pretty busy weekend coming up but I’m gonna try to keep this short and sweet!
Was contacted this week by the North Carolina Museum of Art to come play for a couple of hours for the opening of the 30 Americans Exhibit which I expect to be an amazing experience. Unfortunately the event is already sold out, but I’ll try to keep you guys updated via twitter on how everything is going =]
After the museum event concludes I’m heading to Top Of The Hill in Chapel Hill for what promises to be one of the craziest St. Patrick’s day parties I’ve ever done. I’ll be playing up top in the main room and fellow jukebox hero DJ Paradime will be playing the Great Room/Back Bar area. Green beer will be served, and proceeds from those sales will be donated to a cancer research charity! Come and have a good time and contribute to a charity at the same time, what more could you ask for?
Friday I’ll be rocking a fashion show and after party at Still Life in Raleigh [see flyer above]. These usually turn out to be fun and have a great turnout so if you want to party in Raleigh Friday, this would be the event to attend!
Saturday I’m hitting the road to Charlotte to play at one of NCs latest and greatest venues, Phoenix [see flyer above]. For those unfamiliar, Phoenix was formerly Forum and they’ve only improved upon what was already a solid venue. I hear the sound system is one of the best on the east coast so I can’t wait to test that out!
So now you know where I’ll be this weekend, if you’d like to attend any of these events [besides the museum event] then hit me up so I can get you on a guest list! More updates after the weekend, next week is going to be even busier!
