I know, I know. It’s been forever since I actually updated my site. Check the calendar section, it’s finally updated. It’s been a while since I mentioned shoes too. I passed on the Mork N Mindy Dunks in favor of the black/white/yellow “bic” dunks that dropped recently. Going to LA next week, so I get to make another trip to UNDFTD!
Anyway, I have some new music to post up. Both of the songs are collaborations with artists based in Charlotte, NC. And if you download both songs you can tell they are two very different types of joints. First up is Come Ride Wit I by Big Treal. This is one of my favorite beat creations. Nice and bouncy, yes I’m from the south, and yes I can make south-oriented beats if I want to! Also check him out on myspace.
Next up is The Real Me by Charles Herron. This is more of the traditional boom-bap style that you’re used to hearing from me. I dunno how this beat came out, I think I lost what I was doing, and just decided to chop that vocal sample and repeat it. Layered the drums to match it, and there you have it! Make sure you check out his myspace page as well…
Also, just finished up Kaze’s mixtape Word On The Street, should be available soon in several places. Stay tuned for details!
