Before I drop the link I want to express how big of a fan I am of Ryan Leslie. Everything he touches turns to dope, and his album hasn’t left the ipod/cd deck since I bought it (yes, bought it. I bought it and you should too!)
Anyway, I made these re-edits for myself and thought I would share them with other DJs who may or may not read my blog. I made three edits from his album. Here’s the download link from my MediaFire folder. There are two versions of “Quicksand.” One is an intro straight into the song, and the other is an intro that goes into the breakdown from the end of the song, and then into the original. Hope someone finds these useful.
Sidenote: I made these on Abletone Live, and instantly on my first time using it I found out why so many people love it. Good stuff.
