Ahhhhh spring time. To be honest it’s my favorite time of year. It’s just warm enough outside to shed the extra layers of clothing, but not so warm that you break out in insta-sweat when you step outside.
It’s also the time of year when cities the world over host their respective fashion weeks. For the southeast it doesn’t get any bigger than Charleston Fashion Week. A week long gathering of emerging designers, retail shops, and fashion enthusiasts to showcase their latest styles.
I’ll be making the journey down to play some events with my fellow JBX crew member DJ SK. On Tuesday you can find SK in the style lounge beside the main runway tent, then myself at The Cocktail Club for a 1920s Boardwalk Empire themed party. On Wednesday I’ll be playing the style lounge and then SK will be playing an after party at Fish. If you’re there later in the week, you can also find JBX crew member DJ Paradime in the style lounge on Friday.
