UNC Sports Xtra Feature

This past weekend, UNC Sports Xtra featured in me in a segment about bringing music to the student section at games.  In the segment talk about how I got started, what I do to prepare, and other ways I’m involved with DJing on campus. Music 286 Course at UNC

For those interested in MUSC 286, it’s held in the spring and instructed by Dr. Mark Katz and my fellow JBX crew members DJs SK and A-Minor.  Last spring was the first year it was offered, and everything went so well that it’s running again this spring semester.  Through a special scholarship with the help of Red Bull NC, the course was able to gift a student with a full DJ set up. You may have seen him spinning around Chapel Hill, so big up DJ Gray Area:
